Baptism

Dear Parents:

Please contact Father John via email: jpak@archtoronto.org requesting the sacrament of Baptism for your child.

Upon receipt of your email, Father John will send you attached the Baptism Package and the Baptism Registration Form,  If you are not formally registered at the parish, this is a great time to do so.

Please complete the preparation and email the required documents back, then Father or a clergy member will be in touch with you to discuss details, to provide Baptism dates available.
